thanks, its fixed. dumb user error. Somehow I had a second inactive account out there that I was using by accident.

So I had to reinstall. When I went to my server I found my account was switched to a free account. I went to the NC Soft site and swicched back to VIP. But it still says my characters are locked. I am now reinstalling again. I am really getting tired of these issues to just get in the game.
