#5 almost looks like John the Robot from VOYAGE TO THE PREHISTORIC PLANET, but it's not quite the same. Maybe they repurposed him from (or for) another movie. Found him here.
-
139 is Sam the Robot from Sesame Street. I didn't even know they had robots on the Street.

Looking at websites for 1950s movie robots is turning up a lot of them. I've seen this picture a lot, which is obviously #12, but I haven't found its name or origin yet.
-
Oh, duh. The malfunctioning robot from Zathura (directed by Jon Favreau) is #28. Looked right at it a half-dozen times before realizing it.
-
I *knew* a Heartbeeps robot had to be in there! Sure enough, 159. I was expecting either Bernadette Peters or Andy Kaufmann. Well played, sir.
-
Okay, all these have been added.
I also added some last night: Teletubbies, Wallace & Gromit, the Chuck Jones robots, etc. -

Quote:Looks like he didn't. We never had cool things like this in the US.Oh hey, that is Sgt. Bash. Awesome.
111 is the robot from the Green Cross Code PSAs with Dave Prowse. I can't remember its name, though, if indeed it had one. -
I love the Euro servers. So far I've gotten names like Stray Dog, Varmint and Ironsmith.

Well, I'm not going to buy something non-refundable if I can't see the price. Don't know what beta has to do with it, since this is on the regular servers.

I'll update mine later once more people have added some, then you can take it over once I head down to DC.

We're cross-posting. I added some, too, such as Huey and Dewey and the cleaning bot from Wall-E. Also Muffit from BSG and Dr. Theopolis from Buck Rogers.

The rationale is pretty simple: you have to farm iTrials to get stuff, so you might as well farm the easiest one.
If they want people to play Keyes, they either have to increase its rewards or decrease the rewards for the others. More difficult fix is to completely re-jigger it. In the middle is the once-a-week option, or once-every-48-hours or something. -
Quote:That's cool. A floaty thing like the invention table is fine by me. I just don't like trainers as tailors.Honestly... I've long wanted portable access to the costume editor... because I don't need to go to the tailor in order to pull my hair out of a pony tail or change my jackets, or shirts or grow a beard.
I mean, I *know* why they're doing it: to get impulse-buy money from F2P players. Doesn't mean I have to like it.
And if this change *does* keep people from training up, doesn't that run the risk of turning people off of the game? A non-player is a non-payer.
Quote:But hey... What do I know? I'm just a person who tries to have reasonable conversations with unwilling strangers! -
Okay, nice reference to the classic joke. Thanks for the info.

Zombie Age. DC is already dead, they just don't know it.
