I've wondered that as well. but then I have no idea who posted this on my friends behalf, or if they were given permission to do so.

I need to make a correction. I have no clue who the OP is, it is not the player I thought it was, furthermore they really should have gotten Nexus' permission start this thread in the first place.

I will continue to defend my friend to the fullest and reaffirm the fact that the deletion did happen.

It has been stated more than once that doing so would jeopardize any further escalation of the issue.

The deleting of the character is the primary concern here, as that really did happen and she is really torn up about it.

the problem is, any showing of evidence here is potentially damaging to her chances of escalating the issue to the higher ups.

On the contrary, I have a very open mind... and that is the problem... instead of a rational discussion all that I have seen for the most part is flames and trashing of a really good person.

No, the ridiculous part is the sheer number of PM/E-mail flames my friend is getting in response to this. I've know this person for as long as I have played this game and have met her in person on more than one occasion. She deserves far better treatment than she has received thus far.
