I have mine five slotted with the PvP set (Minus the Dam/Rech) and a Chance for Neg Touch of Death, the Purple procs, I found get resisted every now and then.

Now a friend of mine had a Rad/dark Fender. It was nasty. The double heal helps more often than not, the dark debuff just supplements the Rad debuffs nicely, so you're free to just wear them down. It only works if you know how to play it though.

If it were me doing a fender I'd take power boost, and if it was a Corr I'd take hiber, but that's just me.
The Fenders 30% buff makes for some nice damage throughout the match but just can't compare to scourge.


At the moment, I'd still do a fender... but like con said. WAIT for GR. Corrs and Fenders get now Epic/Patron pools, plus Corrs can be easier to level ;D

Alright look, back in I12...

Caging in team matches: Could get the emp(s) out of the way for a spike. Or you could cage the opponents damage for a few seconds reprieve.

Caging in 1v1s: allowed you to pop some greens, lay down an Ice Storm or something.

It was a tactical break. Since the Mez overhaul in I13 it doesn't do much of anything, so implementing new ideas to it just breaks it even more.



Besides the phase/attack mechanic is something else, let me put it in RP terms since they're simpler:

Caging is supposed to "remove a Character from the space time continuum" for a few seconds, during that time he cannot be affected by ANYTHING.

Phasing just "lets you enter a different dimension" into which your enemy can follow you if he also has the phase power.

Just be honest, the only good way get people to roll cagers again, is to go back to I12 PvP. Srsly.



Anything else at this point might make them think about doing PvP 3.0. Would you really want that on your conscience ?

No, just rather bored of your repetitive nature. I have disproven your claims about my team captains, delivered proof that you just type whatever you "guess" at a given moment and fire it off into the internet, then argue with people for calling your statements what they are.

If anything I feel pity for you, not anger. Now why don't you go somewhere and think about it. Or find some .jpg online to say what you can't articulate and then try and use it as a comeback 5 minutes too late.
