  1. As cute as Amanda Seyfried might be, I'll pass.
  2. Do'h! I specficaally looked for Castle threads and didn't see any. That one got by me since it didn't say Castle in the title.
  3. Did anyone else catch it in this week's episode? It made me laugh.

Castle and Beckett have two Chinese guys at gunpoint, wanting to know where the bad guy went. However, they don't seem to understand. Castle suddenly speaks in Chinese "My partner is crazy and may start shooting at any moment." The men point the way and then flee.

    Beckett asks "You study abroad?"

Castle: "No, TV show I used to love."

So that was Summer? I thought it might, but at times I thought, "No, that can't be her..."
  5. Kate Beckinsale for Catwoman! We already know she can pull off the black leather catsuit!
  6. And no supernatural stuff means no Poison Ivy. A woman controlling plants would be awfully silly in a movie.

Oh wait, Uma Thurman already proved that it was.

EDIT: Oh, and another possibility is Harlequin. Maybe she's trying to spring the Joker?

  8. Thank you for Conan. Rest in peace.
  9. SP needs Cartman. He's the ultimate villain, and he gets away with it because he's an 8 year old.

Kenny has always been my favorite, though, and this arc only reinforced that. I really felt bad for him.
  10. A sketch from our own David Nakayama? Awesome. The cereal is just a bonus.
  11. Glenn knows how to flee a zombie-infested town in style.
  12. I enjoyed this show. Can't wait to see more!
  13. It was fun watching Felicia kick lots of werewolf butt.

For me the pilot completely turned me off. In the original, it was the Hawaii state police. They investigated and caught bad guys. Period.

The new one is a "special state task force" with carte blanche powers run by a super ex-navy seal super soldier with outcast police friends of his late father because the police in general are corrupt and can't be trusted. That's a tad to cynical and over the top premise for me.
But.... Grace Park. In a bikini.
  15. Just a reminder: It's on tonight!
  16. I thought this was going to say the new series had been cancelled, and I was like "No! I need to ogle Grace Park in a bikini every week!"

However, my condolences to his friends and family.
  17. You know, at first I misread that as Harvey Dent and I thought, "They cast Two Face from the Dark Knight?"

Wow, that was a big ending. Gotta wonder what effects this will have for Chuck and Sara.

    Also, next week: 007! Squee!
  20. I gotta watch Venture Brothers, so I got this recording on TiVO. I'll watch it tomorrow.
  21. Where's this website that sells Robo Bo?

I'm still surprised at all the names they get for the show. For crying out loud, it's freaking Spike TV. When did Spike TV get any pull?!

But the advance movie/TV clips and comic book appreciation are nice. Could have lived without seeing anything from the Human Centipede though. >.<
Yeah, I looked away from the TV when that part came up. I don't need that kind of image in my head.
  23. yeah, the whole show is kind of pointless. I originally only watched to see the BttF reunion, which only consisted of Fox and Walken.
  24. ...and the final award was for Most Anticipated Movie. The winner: Green Lantern.

Ryan Reynolds came out behind a giant GL ring. The best part was that before he appeared, the whole stage turned green, and they broadcast him giving the classic GL speech. It gave me chills. :O

EDIT: And it's online already http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iJxnsblGIkE
