I have to agree. They are nice to have - extra damage versus EB's, AV's, etc. Good panic button for when a bonus ambush or somesuch shows up and starts to overwhelm your group.

Heck, since depending upon your character you can get this in 5-6 minutes from hitting BB, it's a very nice power. (I have some characters that I can do this with, and some that take longer.)

Yes, it stacks on the same villian. Kinetics is the ultimate power set to have when facing an AV -- Once a Kin gets their claws into something, it is pretty much a worthless mob.

Yes, you get a xp multiplier that gets bigger for each additional person in the group. The xp you get per baddie = base xp*mult/number of people. Actually, it is more complicated than that, but you should get the idea. So, with 2 people of same level, you would see something like 10*1.2/2=6 xp per baddie. With 2 people killing (presumably twice as fast) your xp rate goes up.
