I think it's a shame that the reps had to literally be nagged to be forthcoming with this information, information which I would have thought a basic courtesy to extend to the community who had taken part. Not just the "accountants" of the server.

Hopefully things will go a little smoother now. Here's to the future of the Champion community. I'm definitely looking forward to the next Player Auction
You're going to bid on me and make me play something non-scrapper aren't you. <_<

What was funny is that Reichs was stuck in the doorway, then went to the recharge station. We all kinda freaked and repositioned ourselves for him to finally be free, and he just zips back to the doorway. Good Time.

  7. Is the message you would get after beating the Renault Strike Force. You exit from your mission and see the sky darken over and whirlpools form in the water. Oh no, what did you do?! Some civilians watch in horror as a giant creature breaches the water, one of it's eyes missing and it is ready to wreak havoc! You get together several groups of villains to drop this foul creature back to the bottom of the ocean. You don't like the place but it is your home and what would you plunder if it was at the bottom of the ocean?

Basically my idea is that after the Operative Renault Strike Force their would be a zone event where an enraged Leviathan would attack the waters of Sharkhead. I think it would be a nice touch to the Task Force since you did just jab his eye out. Of course the usual badge and 2 merits for defeating the beast.

  12. So a question about what I read. Zombie stated that if you can't enhance a particular power for something that a particular incarnate power won't effect it? I.E. if it does damage but you can't slot it for damage your incarnate won't buff it?

So for example, say I take Spiritual on my fortunata, the recharge buff won't effect my mind link?

  16. It was a dark night over the Striga Isles. Well darker than usual, but I digress. The wind was deadly silent as the Council members patrolled the confines of their volcano base. The constant threats of hero invasions, Banished Pantheon, Sky Raiders to name just a few kept the base on edge.

"I'm not sure...even this seems a bit much don't you think?" a figure asked through his muffled mask. It was Steve the patrol guard, he only joined the Council because it was better than dying in the Rogue Isles and at least they offered dental insurance.

"If you want to question Requiem and Nosferatu, by all means tell them you disagreement" his cold menacing superior snapped coldly. "Or I don't know, maybe you can get back to doing your job?" Steve's superior whipped around and started the march cadence again.

Steve slunk back and followed but still what he saw going on in the corridors of the base bothered him to no end. A dark essence hung in the air that felt as if it were ready to crush the entire base. But he was just one lowly soldier, what could he do? Steve muttered quietly to himself.

Steve could feel sleep trying to overcome him as the moon grew brighter in the sky, and just as quickly snapped awake. He heard screams of horror as troops came running out of the base. "Huh, w-what's going on?" Steve tried to ask one of the passing troops. They didn't bother to reply as more troops came pouring out of the base. Think like clowns in a clown car pouring out. Yeah, that many, not even making this up.

Steve could stare in abject horror as soon enough he realized that in his ignorance that he was standing by himself. He could hear the large din of metal against stone grow closer. Rooted where he stood, Steve watched a monstrous figure tear it's way out of the base. A large metal door with the council insignia came flying past him and embedded in a nearby wall. Steve quickly thought back to all of his years in training and vied to play dead instead.

The large-fanged beast had at last finally ripped it's way out of the last confines of the base. It threw it's head back and let out a deep inhumane howl as it took to the air. Steve could feel the buffeting of the wind as the large leathery wings pushed against the air. He peaked one eye open and glanced into the sky. He saw the silhouette of the massive beast from the glow of the volcano on the clouds in the form of giant wings.

As the soldiers slowly came milling back in they noticed Steve now standing and staring into the sky. Steve was herald as one of the bravest soldiers the Council had ever trained. He rose quickly through the ranks, never bothering to mention he was only gaining merit because no one saw what actually happened. He was arrested a week later when the hero Moonfire sent some fellow heroes into the base to stop Arakhn. He's now working off a ten-year sentence in the Zigursky Penitentiary.
