Following your advice she ran the tool and passed the output text file on to me; so I have pasted it here. As the display driver was yellow, which I thought might be a sign of an issue I checked in with her but her drivers are up to date and were also updated recently. If there's anything in here you can notice that might causing issues I'd appreciate the help. I feel kind of bad as she spent the money to play with me and now effectively can't.
