  1. Following your advice she ran the tool and passed the output text file on to me; so I have pasted it here. As the display driver was yellow, which I thought might be a sign of an issue I checked in with her but her drivers are up to date and were also updated recently. If there's anything in here you can notice that might causing issues I'd appreciate the help. I feel kind of bad as she spent the money to play with me and now effectively can't.

  2. My friend has issues with her client repeatedly crashing, both in game and at log-in. She recently got the game to play with myself and some friends, so I'm wondering is there anything we can look at settings wise to try and ease this before we go into the more involved technical support. Also, although I've done a quick search on both Google and through the forums if anyone else has had a similar problem or it's a known issue that I've missed a heads up would be greatly appreciated.
