My only real complaint is Greater Fire Sword in Fire Melee. I hate hate hate that animation - actually some of the other melee sets use it too, and I would love it if they all had alternates. That big ponderous step forward into a swing like a wet noodle looks awful; there's no oomph behind it at all, which is really disappointing for the ultimate power in the Fire Melee set.

Also having this problem. Missing 2 slots on Victory. No store button on the UI.

I noticed this last night on an alt too. At first I thought it was just her Snowstorm toggle causing things to run, but it happened when she wasn't using it too. The funny thing is, if I'd hit the mob with the mutant origin power that causes sleep, the mob would do the choking sleep animation, but keep floating away from me. This happened 3 times consecutively on a Snake LT. LT was orange (so +1), no debuffs on it, just me and my soldier guy whittling away at it. Very odd. -

on freedom, on the night of his death, I flew into atlas on my 50 and saw a number of heroes (players) who were saluting under the statue.

Yes, exactly the same thing happened on Virtue. I was there. That was the PLAYER led tribute. But this story about the signature heroes leaving their places just isn't true.

This happened on Liberty too. There were a number of folks who'd gone so far as to recreate Superman's costume for the tribute as well. Very touching moment. I'd forgotten about it until reading this thread (which rocks, by the way). -
I think you'll find that the majority of people who don't like the bug are playing characters pre-SOs, and DOs to a lesser extent. My 27 blaster loves the +1 missions (she's ice, so small groups of higher level stuff is great). My level 6 tanker, who got her [censored] handed to her several times by about 6 yellow minions and 2 orange lieutenants that refused to split-pull (clocks + skulls for the Negotiator badge, if anyone cares), on the other hand, does *not* like it at all. Once she has a few more powers under her belt and DOs in her powers, those might be a little more doable. My biggest concern is that it *seems* in my experience as though, instead of front-loaded missions, what we often get now are missions with a similar number of villains at the back (where there used to be a fairly large number of grey/green cons) but they're now +1 instead of -2 or -3. That's a problem in the low levels, as I found out, much to my dismay, this afternoon.
That being said, my tanker is still plugging through at the missions despite the difficulty, since debt really isn't that big of a deal at this level. I feel certain that a fix will go through soon, and even if my blaster is a little disappointed, I'm equally certain that more mid/late-game difficulty will come soon too. I guess all I can really say is that, as always, we just have to be patient and try not to lose faith at the first sign of difficulty. CoH is still lightyears ahead of the other MMOs out there, but growing pains and speedbumps have to be expected; after all, what's a hero without *some* form of conflict? -

Any more specific directions to this store? I haven't been able to find it ...

The Freedom Corp "store" is in the park with Mynx the trainer and ... Positron? One of the Task Force heroes. Basically, go down the tram ramp and follow a walkway immediately to your right out to the street. Just ahead and a little to the right is a stone-walled-in park. Head in there, Mynx is off ahead and to the right (I think), and the FC person is around behind the TF hero. Just stay inside the walls and you'll find them eventually (they're dressed in the flashy red/white outfits, so they should stand out). There may be an actual FC store building somewhere, but the guy in the park should give the same prices and is very convenient.
