    Not being a fanboy here, just being rational. I agree with all your sayings except this part. You are saying that they will never fix something that you have played for 5 days? Of course the experience is frustrating but they will continue to fix bugs and adjust the game for PvP. The things that was making your experience a bad one are in my opinion "bugs". Give them 2 weeks and come back complaining after (not that all you said was complaints, there was some well thoughts ideas as well).

    Well, Arenas have been "working" for several issues now and they are not fixed.
    How many issues will it take to get fixed? 5? 10?

    Of course, people are lucky to get ANYTHING to happen in the arena. I managed to get into one game and I couldn't find anyone to fight- there were 8 people in the zone, but I guess they were stalkers or invisible.
  2. I remember the days when Statesman said he didn't want to give out numbers because HE wanted the game to be for the FUN of it.
    All I see is that minions are going to hit more often and characters will fall even faster.
    Boy, am I glad that blasters have the Defiance power- they may get to use it more... assuming they are not killed even faster.
    Because I started skipping pages and never REALLY pay attention to who is talking (and I am like to hear my own voice)-
    1) I agree with whoever suggested that there should be a developer that actually knew most/ all of the calculations on how things worked so they could see what combo of powers MIGHT BE EFFECTIVE, but that would cause Statesman to nerf all of the ATs that would have to team up to get those bonuses.
    2) I agree that too many "I'm sorry, there was a mistake" from this company is wearing thin with me as well.
    3) They should give out the figures for the powers and calculations and how/WHAT ORDER things occur so "we" (not me, but someone) can show them how wrong they are BEFORE things go badly.
    4) Rednames SHOULD read and respond to things on the DEVELOPERS CORNER when they start a thread by admitting they made a mistake. Does DR resist DR debuffing? Or even the question raised on the first page (which escape me because of my short term memory is too short... but wait till it gets into my long term memory- WATCH OUT!) as I thought it worked that way as well.
  3. So, if we are to have the possibility of a defeat each mission and a handful at invincible, why don't they just reward us with automatic debt each time we complete a mision? It would be simpler and STATESMAN WOULD GET HIS "VISION" of a GREAT GAME DESIGN!?!
    I am sorry, but there is no balance in Statesman's balanced vision. I mission that will cause a single death for a scrapper or a tank results in nearly constant death for a controller or a defender! And don't give me the same crap that they are suppose to team up... no hero should have to team up for EVERY DARN MISSION! Plus, because of the number of poeple that left to play villains ( not to mention those that left because of VERY POOR PLANNING on COH), there are very few people online when I play in the mornings.
    At heroic level, every toon should be am to complete their own missions by themselves- assuming there is no AV or multiple bombs to defuse (that you are NEVER WARNED ABOUT WHEN YOU TAKE THE MISSION!) and it SHOULD NOT PUT YOU FURTHER INTO DEBT THAN WHEN YOU STARTED!
