I think you guys may be very wrong about Vibration being a clone of Sonic armor... think more about being able to phase through objects and obstacles, or being able to phase attacks through your body. It may end up acting a lot like SR, but there is certainly a lot of potential for extras.

Willpower sounds pretty good too. Maybe a mixture of Regen and Invul?
