The name of the power escapes me but there is one power that makes your hold moves more accurate and last nearly twice as long. It also makes Hover super fast and defensive
This epic set also includes another blast power and invulnerability.
Worth considering.

I have a lvl 50 Ill Emp on defiant
Phantom Army = Tankers
Phantasms = Blasters
Illusion flash/blind = Holds
Empathy = heals

All thats missing is a scrapper aspect.
