Most powers are nicked from Blaster Electricity Manipulation and Electric Mastery, but some come from other sets too. The *'ed powers come mainly from Energy Aura and are to give only an idea of what I think may be implemented.

Dull Pain : Dull Pain, but with a fancy name, like Prevailing Static or something

Cone : Static Discharge
Build Up : Build Up
AoE Disorient : Lightning Clap
Hold : Shocking Grasp
Single 4 : Thunder Strike

The idea sounds intriguing, I'm interested in the entirely new kind of armour and what it will bring. I'm thinking some kind of shock-armour that sends people flying when they touch you although that seems a bit counter-productive for some scenarios. Personally I doubt I'll use one, I don't really like the visual style of elec, and there'll probably be a lot of them made when they first appear anyway.

I'm guessing like the elec shield in CoH :P and powers hopefully like blaster elec meele THUDER STRIKE!!! maybe a cool Elec Sword like in the koren trailer

nope :P I've been waiting since I heard about them I really want one since my main is a elec/elec/elec blaster :P I like elec I would have a brute by now If I had no idea.

once 30 you are a nice level to PvP in sirens and at 32 you get new SO's :P

What sould I slot jack with ? 3 dmg 3 acc ? or 2 dmg 2 acc 2 hold ? also does Power Boost affect him in anyway?

How would I build a EM/DA brute ? I've gotten a tanker to 50 but after reading its not worth slotting DMG on brutes ?
