The old arguement of offensive taking teh place of defense does not work anymore.

Fire tanks are right up there at teh top in I5. I wish they would give complete status resist but other than that, fire is tough than INV or ice all around.

They do need to "do" something for fire tanks right now. IMM resist in fire shield and KB resist in Plamsa would be a great start.

Trick arrow should have been just a defender set. Just like sonic blast should have been just a defender set. The new sets are great but they tried to share them too much. IMO

The resists are all around 30+% except for the body armor. I think its 15%, or something like that...

I think it must be fully slotted (or close to it) so take the place of a SO ACC.

If you wish PG is help with bosses, then I would 6 slot it if you can. Scrappers can be tough on slots. So 2 ACC and 4 HOLD is ideal but not at teh cost of offense (IMO)...

DB is a damage power. I would take it and see if its worth slotting. Its good for pulling and damamging runners but you primary powers will do more damage.

TT: 2 ACC then its up to you...IMM or to hit debuff. If you're a fear scrapper I'd go with to hit debuff. If you just want to IMM, the 2 ACC might be enough in TT. Adding one or maybe two IMM is more than enough. If you wish to debuff go with 4 to hit debuff...

PG will hold Lts but it will take two hits to hold a boss. I would slot it with 2 ACC and as HOLDS as you can (I plan on putting 4). If you are not perma hastened, you might want one recharge.

As far as I've seen it TT seems to work great.

Dark blast is ok but you can get critical hits!!
