  1. My only real problem with the pack is that you can't make a naturally colored tiger. White tigers look fine, but normal tigers have three colors to their fur, and you can only use two on the body.

Mine manages to work in both, a travel power, Tough, Weave, and Hasten, and I haven't even respecced for inherent stamina yet.
From a strictly min/max perspective, I do have some powers I could drop, but I honestly can't see the need for ToF. Besides, I plan on soloing most of the time, so I can't skip an important damage power like Smite, and I still don't know how useful Dark Consumption is going to be for my purposes. I don't have Unstoppable.

I can post my build, but I'm pretty well decided on everything in it now. Maybe if I could see the appeal of ToF, I'd be more inclined to working it in.

Oh, and thanks, everyone, for your tips.
  3. I can only fit one of them in my build, and I'm not sure which one is more important. Will my attack chain be hindered by not having MG? Do I really need ToF, given that I'll have soft capped S/L/E/N?

If it matters, I'll be putting 5/6 of Siphon Insight into ToF if I do take it (to soft-cap S/L def), so it won't be slotted for fear at all.
  4. I'm actually pretty new to IO sets in general, as I've only ever slotted generics or simply frankenslotted before. My goal with this build was to soft cap S/L defense, which I have, but I feel like it could be optimized a bit. I know it's going to be expensive as hell, but I plan on making it a long term project, and I'll use A-merits and AE tickets to lessen the burden a bit.

I sort of hate that I don't have a travel power, as I'm not really fond of Ninja Run, but I didn't see any powers I could sacrifice. I was originally planning on going with the Mu Mastery PPP, but I really don't feel like switching back to villain to get it, and I like the idea of Quick Sand. Also, since it only needs one slot, I was able to put another Red Fortune set into Maneuvers.
