Welcome back, Derek
I'm going to say it's the collective unconscious... many of the former forumites are coming back, but they have no idea why they're all coming back at once. -
If you're wanting to save money, Caem, the next piece is on me
But then you definitely got to choose the artist then, hehe
-
Oh the phone number, not at all
I just chose a random assortment of numbers.
This also sort of represents how annoying civilians can be in Mayhem missions in the Rogue Isles. You can target civilians, even activate your powers on them, but it does absolutely nothing... There's been several times were I'm just clicking away because I got ambushed in the bank and I accidentely target a civilian, wasting a power in the process -
Welcome back, Missy K, it's a pleasure to make your aquaintance
Sooo, since it's been a while since you've been here, got any stories from the past for the newer folk? Like the stuff LJ and TA would keep hidden from us? hehe -
Thanks Caem
I couldn't sleep, so I did another quickie...I'm happy I got as much done as I could in the limit but...ouch, doesn't look that great. But that doesn't matter here so woot! Figured I'd do one for the favorite power category. Propel ftw.
Civilian -- Corner Pocket

Well I finally decided to give this a shot...5 minutes really gets the blood pumping lol. So I went ahead and did two, one for the sewers category (5 minutes with maybe a few seconds more for clean-up) and the second one for the catgirl category (I went over and did 20 minutes for this one, kill me
). So here they are.
OH, new category: Character Busts ...you know which kind - head, shoulders, and well, busts -
Pilfer in his spy suit will be good enough, Pyro?
-
Good lord, LJ, this is absolutely shocking...and a great face to wake up to
Thank you so much for choosing to use Gray while practicing a new technique, I'm flattered and honored. You really did a great job rendering her, and the overal composition, posing, and shading is brilliant
Thank you so much LJ for the lovely gift...and you know, you could count it as one of the commissions -
Sunday Morning on the western hemisphere or in Australia?

Nice Wolffe!
Personally it is nice to see you set up your own shop here on the boards, I like your drawings.

My main, Gray Huntress, is just one in a series of clones created by the Council. For most of her life she was ignorant of this, because she had been kidnapped by a rogue Council scientist and a hero (the hero she was cloned after). She was able to obtain a legal birth certificate since she was effectively 'newly born' when she was taken, and so she became the child of the hero. The rest of the Council's clones don't need legal identification.
Gray and the rest of the Council's Project: Legion are as old as they appear. The Council couldn't clone full grown people, because it required an egg to be fertilized. So currently, her legal age is 34 because that's how long she has been alive.
Other people have probably found ways to clone 'older' people, but this is just the case with Gray. -
You’d think in a city that was practically a breeding ground for heroes, it would be the safest city in the world. Agent Filch coughed heavily as he regained consciousness, he had been in an armored black SUV about two vehicles behind the Circle’s target and his charge. He did not know what was wrong with the man or why the Circle wanted him…all his handler said was that it was important and everything else was on a ‘need-to-know’ basis. Yeah, Filch was cursing when he had been removed from his deep-cover op in Berlin…it was his first big job since leaving training.
The SUV he was in had been rolled to the railing of the bridge like a kid’s toy and was nearly crushed like a can. Fortunately, he was alive and little worse for wear…he could be dead like his colleagues. His vision was hazy as he looked over his body; his suit was stained in blood, not his though. With a sigh, he unbuckled his seatbelt and squeezed himself out of the broken window. Coast was clear…in the way that no attention was directed at his location. There were robed guys heading to the main vehicle, but they had been distracted by incoming heroes or whatever. Now they arrive… Filch thought to himself, Come on, heroes, you’re practically inbreeding in Paragon and you didn’t see this coming?
Slowly, he got to his feet and hastily made his way toward the estate car with his sidearm drawn and ready to take a shot at any Circle that made a move to attack him. -
I'll be there...unless it's Saturday morning Eastern time (got class)

Heya everyone,
Since I had left and returned I hadn't really updated anything in my gallery. Similarly, there are some pieces that had been posted in other threads that haven't made their way on display here. I figured I'd take the time to check between my dA gallery and this one to see what was missing. So please, come in and take a look around.

Hope you guys enjoy the additions to the Gray Gallery, or re-enjoy for the ones I hadn't yet added to the gallery yet. A very special thanks to the artists who have done work featuring my characters, I am most appreciative.

You have my blessings, EnnVee. I hope this speedbump will soon be on its way out and you can return to life as you enjoy it! Take care, hun, and we'll be keeping the light on.

Very nice clean-up on the lines and detail definition, Wolffe
I really like what you've done with Fenris' head. Got any other steps you're planning on? hehe
-
Awesome, I hadn't realized these commercials were available on the forums.
You're brilliant, Hydro...and now I know I can press 'repeat.'
-
I look forward to your livestream whenever you decide to do it. In the course of my degree program, I'm going to do a lot digital artwork and I've always been fascinated at your facial shading abilities...it would be neat to see your techniques in action.
-
Definitely a climatic ending...looking forward to what Shia and Foo present.
