  1. *thinks we need to have more emoticons for the forums*

I cannot express the sense of 'Wow' I get from that piece...utterly impossible
  2. Warning: 35 hours 45 minutes
  3. deviantArt is a clean site (at least in my experience), and many of us in the art forums (collectors or artists) use it to showcase work done for us or work we've done. Perhaps there is something else in your computer that caused the contamination, perhaps a different site you've visited left something behind. In any case, I don't think DA is the problem.

If I was more computer saavy I'd offer more advice, but I'm sure someone else could offer a helping hand. In any case, good luck
  4. Ah, Joseph Fouts... I love his work. A nice start to your collection

Just a warning: It's hard to stop.
  5. And the best part! TA is dressed!
  6. Great, I don't have to work Sunday! I'm never leaving your page....
  7. I have a 3.5-foot catguy who is a devourer of universes type...

But in all-seriousness, I'll give it a shot. Throw some ideas around CC creator. Are there any costume packs you don't have? What's your highest vet reward badge? Just so I know my restrictions. I'm also assuming Denizen has access to capes and auras. Heh, I'll see what I can come up with.

And my first sentence is true...
  8. Ooooooo *dreams of Gray Huntress miniature*
  9. Will we be meeting behind the donut shop next time?
  10. Deadlines are closer than they appear peeps

Heh, I have another lovely addition to my collection, forumites:

    Aerial Battle by cric

Heh, I hope you're as ungraceful falling out of your chair as I was...
  12. What about our moderators, such as Niviene, Avatea, The Ocho? Or those who have come and gone, such as Cuppa, Lighthouse, or Ex Libris? Give them faces everyone has a chance to see :O
  13. A very clever re-imagination, TL The costume is an interesting take on her new background, and she sounds like a fun character to play in her own right. Well done
  14. Poor Foo, another one of his threads has been jacked....
  15. I worked on a new version of Runriot for Turkey Lurkey :

    Original Bio:

Andrea Rhyatt always loved speed. Her mother used to joke that she was only in labor with Andrea for 45 minutes. By the time she was old enough to walk, Andrea was running, and whoa be to anyone who tried to get her to slow down or sit still. By age 5, she discovered her love for fast cars, by 11 she was stealing them, often leading police on city-wide chases. But soon the thrill of her motorized mayhem wore off. She desired the speed for herself, not rely on a vehicle to provide it for her. So at age 18, she particpated in a series of experiments with nanotechnology and cybernetics to give her that speed. Now, as Runriot, she's running again, all throughout the Rogue Isles, looking for that next big thrill.
    ------------------------------------------------------------

    Personal Add-on to the Bio:

At age 18, Rhyatt easily fell in with the Freakshow. After all, both shared a taste for punk rock, chaos, reckless abandon, and, oh yes, cybernetic improvement. The Freaks offered the quickest fix for Runriot’s need for speed and, after several months of manipulating a meat doctor, she had her very own pair of cybernetic legs designed for her addiction. Even though associated with the Freakshow, she strikes out on her own and fulfills master plans of her creation; she wants her name to stand alone as the fastest speedster in the Rogue Isles…possibly even the world.

    New Runriot

    Costume Analysis:

When given Runriot’s background both in the pm and in the caption under her DA reference, I immediately thought to connect her to the Freakshow someway; seemed like a match made in heaven. While I deviated significantly from her original outfit, I did keep certain aspects in mind. The bottoms of the original costume reminded me of the pieces of a red sports car’s twisted exterior accenting her legs…I wanted to keep with that theme and built on it with the new design. The cyborg legs and gloves worked perfectly for the outfit (again twisted, yet sleek, red metal), especially since it has that shiny reflective surface. I thought the shoulder cables were slightly reminiscent of a Freak Stunner’s, and would tie into her electrical blast powers. Finally, I gave her a head that just screamed Freak punker with a red metal hawk and copper circuitry below the skin and kept the enforcer chinplate as an additional tie-in to her original outfit. I hope Turkey Lurkey likes the costume; I enjoyed putting the pieces together and I’m happy with the end result.

P.S. Also added the dark grey tendrils aura around her feet. She keeps moving so much, it’s causing her cybernetic legs to smoke from all the electricity and heat.
  16. Hmmmm, the food basket idea is getting old then, eh? New course of action is needed...perhaps something they need and doesn't expire quickly...

    Coffee baskets...
  17. Turkey said he'd send his info this weekend, but he has mine.
  18. Love 'em all, hehe. Looking forward to the finished pieces
  19. Oooooo, very nice. I like the pose she's striking as well.
