I was just wondering if the powers Dark Consumption and Soul Drain from the Dark Melee set are auto-hits. I just wanted to know before I took them if they were with it and if I needed accuracy enhancements on them.

Yes, so I will still get END, even though the Rooted person will be totally unaffected?

I'm thinking of respecting my Elec Brute, and I was wondering if even though Rooted has END drain resistance, would my END still go up when I drain a Tanker/Brute with rooted on?
