I've got the same error. Sent in a ticket but of course this is a holiday weekend and no one will probably be in until Tuesday, which sucks because I start vacation today and planned to play all weekend. I tried undoing the firewall and uninstalling and reinstalling the game and launcher. No luck. I'm running windows xp. If anyone else has ideas let us know.
