It might be rather empty though, given the numer of zones in the game, and the number of PvPers

I wouldn't mind a degree of PvP in each zone, but I think the majority of the player base would mind it - a lot

Nope, because when someone is living in a country he is judged by that country's laws, not by individual points of vews. That's why laws (and punishments) are not the same on every country, and some thing maybe considered a crime in some countries and not even a fault in some others.

But I would like to see a real Arena - not just terminals with random maps, but an acutal, genuine arena, with seating/standing areas for spectators, behind glass walls like at a hockey rink.
The arena floor itself would be movable - for example, you could select an empty arena with no cover, or select a multi-level environment, so parts of the floor would rise and lower, or an environment with stacks of crates as cover, or an environment with pillars as cover, which would rise up from the floor or be lowered down from the roof.

Well, RV is a more challenging place to fight

Maybe it's best if the devs just give Arena a bit of an overhaul

Last time I was in the Arena with GG, despite my team absolutely destroying theirs, GG simply forgot to run Integration for the majority of the match.

Your expert team beat our scratch team 40 somthing to 1 - and I'd blame that more on you being expert at PvP than on me forgetting Integration - or even on the fact that I was being killed so fast I simply didn't have time to turn it on before being ganked again
I also don't think you can say that even if I had Integration as an auto power it really would have made a difference
