Well, I go to RV to farm Inf, but also take part in PvP if there's some going on - but a true RV farmer will flee at the first sign of a hostile Villain

also the arena system should allow for queues in the style of the BGs in WoW


also you should be able to send tells/talk in global chat channels etc whilst in the arena

edit: the flag should be an NPC hostage to stop people just getting recall-friended from the enemy base to the flag post, and to stop teams of kins just speeding past everyone

My solution would be to make the zone-control perma-temp until the opposing side regained/neutralised control OR have some kind of invasion-like event occur as a result of villains or heroes winning the battle e.g. villains win, Arachnos invades Peregrine Island; heroes win, Longbow invades Grandville, something like that anyway.

The important thing is to tie the Pillboxes to PvP - they're the main objective in the zone, but right now, the entire mini-game can be completed by one player.

My idea would be that the Pillboxes, when in neutral mode, are shielded, and impossible to access or damage in any way.
The only way to take down the shield would be with two halves of a code (a red half and a blue half).
When entering the zone, Heroes would instantly be given the blue half of the code, and Villains would be given the red half of the code - to get both halves, you'd need to defeat an enemy, and then use the code at some command point (possibly inside the City hall building) to switch off the shield at any one Pillbox - the shiled would then remain down until the zone reset.

I know this would still be open to exploitation by using "friendly foes", but it'd at least make PvP required to farm the turrets, and by giving anyone in the zone one half of the codes, it'd mean that every player who was in the zone would become a necessary target.

RV is a great zone, but it could be better

I'd like a choice of zone views too, so you could decide where your base was.

This sort of thing happens from time to time, and about the only way to protect yourself against it is to only allow the SG leaders to have access to the salvage - if a member who's not a leader wants salvage, then they have to get it from the leaders.

What server are you on? I have a lot of spare salvage I could give your SG.

all i whant is an active sg with a good community couse im a active player that plays almost every day if i can and the sg has to have atealst a few arena events a month or go on a TF or something like that but for the 6 month ive playd ive only been in sgs were theres non ever on or there are 6 peeps on that hate eatch other and doint say a word and that is quite anoying whiles on villians a found a good sg with lots of active peeps and were the high lvls help the low lvls etc same on defiant why is it so hard to find something like that on union heroes and im sorry for the out rage but im getting fed up

Do you join SGs when you get a blind invite? That's very rarely a good way of finding a SG - it's usually just someone tyring to boost the Prestige score of their SG.
