I thought there might be an obvious two, but it's sounding like that's not the case. On the other hand, who knew Foreshadow was so popular? That's not a character I would've guessed right away, but y'know what? I think we've learned something here today.
If you want to save time, you could draw them showering together - that way you'd please some of the boys too. -

I think the only reasom Spark Balde hasn't been added to the game yet is because of his powers - he'd cause a frenzy of sword/pistol power set requests

Things like random maps rather than set maps might also be something they'd do, as well as more varied spawn encoutners.

The frist sort of things I can thinlk of are more interactive environments, like throwing stuff, as well as things like wall crawling, or super speeding on walls. -

Starting over would allow us to reconsider certain design choices that we are committed to at this point. There are things you just don't change about a product nearing it's sixth birthday. More important than anything else, it would give us a brand new canvas to work with, and there are many great ideas, both suggested by you folks and created here internally, that we are currently constrained from doing by design choices made many years ago.
But given CoH has such potential still, I am glad to say we are not planning on stopping work on it any time soon. We've got lots in store for you folks still no worries. We all plan on being here a long long time.
