Thanks guys....I did eventually find them on the Defiant server..unfortunately I already used a global unlock so I only have one of my characters back until I decide if I should go VIP...

Side question...I see you can transfer characters...could I transfer my second (locked) character across to the server that I used an unlock on...thereby unlocking my second?

Long shot I know....

Thanks - I have contacted support. It would be great to have my old characters available, rather than having to level fully on everything again.

Hi all

I haven't played for a few years and, on finding it had gone free..figured I would try it out again.

I have my original NCSoft Master Account and noticed that it had switched to a Free account. I have no recollection of which server I was originally on though, and cannot find my old characters.

Is it possible that my characters are still out there? I only had 2, but I really fancy getting back to them if at all possible. Is there a way to find out what server I was on previously?
