  1. Thank you for taking time to review my build. I seem to disagree with the points you are making, though:

That's okay. As I said, this is team friendly character that will not be soloing Pylons nor taking alpha during itrials. I have other toons for that purpose.

Hasten is out of question, I'm afraid.

I kept putting it in, then dropping it again. The way I understand how Burn works on Scrappers these days, it would require me to count on someone with immobilize being on team most of the time, so mobs wouldn't run away from me thus nullyfying the efect of Burn and all my other damage auras. Because of that I predict I would run with Burn toggled off most of the time anyway.

I would also be forced to switch to stationary playstyle, while I really love to be in motion. See the part about hyperactivity.

In the end I have decided to put slots somewhere else. But I am by all means open to suggestions and may put it back in, I just need to know how to deal with fear caused by Burn when I am exemped too low to have Tenebrous Tentacles at hand.

Really? This build isn't that different to the one I am playing at the moment. I am level 48 and even though I don't have +end procs in place yet, I don't seem to be having big issues with endurance. And when I do, that's where Consume comes in handy.

Could you elaborate on that? Which route should I go and why? Because Dark has some nice utility in the form of ST hold (can be quite useful at times) and Tenebrous Tentacles, which helps keep the mobs in place, while I melt them with my auras or position for Throw Spines. And it doubles as yet another AoE.

I'll leave grabbing ACUs' aggro to tankers and brutes, so I don't see this as a big issue.
  2. Hello, fellow scrappers! I would like to ask for your opinion on the build I am working on.

This is a PvE oriented and team friendly toon. My objective is for it to perform well on all levels (including lowbie TFs), but it doesn't have to be absolutely self sufficient in terms of survivability. I may occasionally tank if I am the only melee character around, but I expect a meat shield, buffs and/or some sort of crowd control to always be present. But the most important thing for me is to be able to act like a hyperactive ball of hurt that melts the enemies in a blink of an eye. Thus I was aiming more recharge and endurance recovery, while also looking at +damage (not sure how that one worked out - I was hoping for a bigger bonus), to be able to sport all the toggles, spam attacks and have Sprint always on for increased mobility.

The one possibly odd thing is that there is no hasten. I simply can't stand the look and sound of that power. The numbers, however, look like I can get away without it while still getting close enough to my objective.

So, what are your thoughts? Is there room for improvement?

  3. I've noticed that turning off the sound effects (by moving the slider down to 0%) greatly improves my computer's performance during Hami Raids so if you're still lagging badly after turning down all the visual effects, you may try this.
