Just to clear some things up:
I'm not asking anyone to make my character the center of their RP by any stretch. Planning to take down the Bat may take up a lot of Two-Face's time, but Batman has more on his plate and I'm perfectly fine with a similar setup here.
Also: I'm looking for a long-running arc, so I'm not looking for a throwaway alt. I'd much rather have a fleshed out character with his own life and troubles to deal with. Hell, just finding out who he's looking for could take GD weeks or months realtime as contacts are made, and information is passed on bit by bit. Not to say I won't consider young characters (in terms of level or IC age, so long as they could have plausibly been Rikti War veterans), but I'll need some convincing in terms of dedication towards building both a solid background for the character and a goodly amount of security levels so that our bouts are as even as we can make them.
