  1. As a stormy who's teamed alot with an energy/energy blaster buddy... KB is something you have to plan on. For example, Target the freezing rain on the back end of the pack, or where you're going to be KB'ing them into. Having FR go up in the empty spot where all the mobs just were a second ago is a bit frustrating.

Also I'd imagine that as a storm/energy blaster you'd be best off learning how to use superspeed and reposition constantly. KB them one way, KB them the other way - if no walls are available. Big open maps with lots of spawns are the bane of my storm and my energy blaster buddy really. We have to watch the angle of attack so that one spawn isnt knocked into another one and so on and so on, until you get overwhelmed.

Huricane herding and hurricane tanking are great, but you can only do so much.
  2. Working on a Peacebringer at the moment. Finally get to play around with one of them. That and I'm kind of liking the Mastermind I started, wow talk about ez mode.
  3. Well after 5 years and change my Storm/Dark Defender just made level 50! (and is my first and only 50) Granted I took some long times off, but still that's a long time for leveling...

    543 patrol hours
    460 times on patrol
    58 unclaimed free tailor sessions
2 free unclaimed respecs (not including the vet rewards)

Maybe not that big of a deal for those that have tons of 50's but it's a first for me.
  4. While this is the defender forum, it might make sense to roll a storm focused Controller. It's a bit of a longer slog, but most of the Storm skills are good on controllers, in fact some are better due to -KB in their roots. I think it'd be cool to try to take a Defender playstyle and put it on a controller...

Suicide travel will be more common. I know I'll use it on early alts. On the wrong side of the zone, or need to get to some spot closer to the hospital than where you are? Kill yourself and you get a free port to the other side of the zone.

This isn't game breaking, but pushing the debt free levels up to 10 means that people will have more opportunity and reason to exploit a game mechanic for an unintended side effect.

I personally support the reduction of the Rest refresh timer. It has enough disadvantages to keep it from being abused, lower the timer so that it's usable more often to reduce downtime....
