The one thing I would of liked to see is some type of auto-notification for access to Issue 12 content. Detectives, University and even Meg in the hollows are easy to find as they are auto given when you enter the zone for the first time or by another contact when you complete their missions. Someone slipped IMO about adding that as myself and tons of others in game see broadcasts all the time about how to find ther midnight club and Cimeroa.
Other than that Issue 12 smells good, lets see if it stays that way or ends up like Ouroboros, little more than a convenient teleport spot to hasten movement to the next mish.
