I've recently hit 40 on my scrapper and I realized the 50 is right around the corner. I want to fully IO this guy out but I am not sure what to slot for or which enhancements to buy. I plan on doing mostly PvE and I have a little over 1.2billion budget.

I want to excell in a team environment over AV/Pylon stuff

After searching through the forums, I was unable to find any information on whether or not ElM/Regen is effective or even worth thinking about.


So my major questions are . . .

Would it be effective or just good enough to squeak by?
If it would be effective, what powers should I choose?


If anyone could give me some advice or point me in the right direction, I would be very thankful.
