Even the most well played and equipped MM can lose pets or have pet wipes. It's just the nature of random rolls, unexpected ambushes (by definition, they are unexpected), and just plain miscalculation.

Necro is great in melee, I use Thugs/Traps with Team Teleport to get my crew into the close and personal range. I also slipped a +stelth mod into my teleport power so I don't get aggro (old thinking, pre-shared damage build).

At any rate, /poison would have been damn useful last night against Mynx. She was totally surrounded by probably 50 of our guys + pets and we couldn't get her below 25%. I'm sure had we a /poison she would have been gone gone gone. But here's the deal, pre-40 you just don't see all that many elite heroes and such so /poison doesn't exactly feel utilized. +40 though, damn, it would make life so much eaiser.

Keep at it, there are very few bad primaries/secondary combos that don't work well. Necro/poison isn't bad. Now, /trick arrow ... cough... (awaits the /trick arrow defenders to show up)

Yummy, just restarted my account to play a few months and what do I see ... a HTTT thingy to play with. I'll see about figuring out what to play and drop ya a line this week. When is the I15 comming out?

Umm, is it in place yet? I'm not noticing much difference yet.

Red's still kill me dead before they even get to 50% health. So, god mode ain't enabled yet.

(BTW: Red's do that to my other characters too at about the same mark. So not expecting to be able to solo reds with minions - but that would indeed be god mode)

I've never tried to enable the toggle to see damage numbers but for this test I turned on that part of chat. Problem is pet's damage numbers don't seem to come up, only the direct damage I inflict and what is inflicted on my own person.
Is there some other toggle I need to flip to see the fractional damage my pets are doing?

Oh noes! I wasn't expecting this so soon! I'm not stocked up with cokes and pretzels for an all nighter of testing!

Oh, by the way, I've played many other MMO's. I love the open test server policy, you guys are really on the mark with this. Thanks.
