Wow, it's been a while since last my last video so I figured it was time for another.. even if it's not so... Operative-ey... this time.

The original concept behind this video is that I never could believe that Dr. Vahz could ever have gotten all his support by wearing that huge meat-suit alone.

It changed a little over time... so here it is:

That's a very decent vid indeed, how long did it take you to piece it together?

I have a motivation problem, myself, but the two I have 'finished' took reasonably little time once I got down and working on them... (Vomit.Mod took a handful of hours, whereas the new Operatives one took about a week of constant work.)

I only have one ani-morph character I play with any regularity... no screenies unfortunately, but if you'll look for Blue Mule on the Virtue server, you'll probably find her. She's a little hard to miss. =)

Well, it's happened everyone... sorry, no more Operative Video's on the horison... I've been caught, nay, I've been shot down in my prime by someone far more intelligent, crafty and eloquent than I am. Oh, the humanity. /em melodramaticswoon =)

You need to assign a 'player' in the area you'd like the action to occur, or the game engine will not render the scene.

Like add a line:

0 1 PLAYER

Making Ms. Liberty a player character and tells the engine to draw everything around her.

And you've got MOV commands and FX commands a little twisted up.....
Here's the command for one singular effect:

This first one does the 'runic buildup' and shot from the initiating player.

This shows the flash on the target when it's hit.

Oh, I have no idea about how often that song's been played or what, my collection of CD's keeps me in music without having to deal with corporate-sponsored radio stations. I chose the song because it's one of my favorites, and the theme was that in the end it really didn't matter because if noone really knows what's done, does it matter to anyone? =) Yea, I was waxing a little philosophical there, but the tune has a good beat, overplayed or not, and really lent itself to a superheroic endeavor... though... perhaps I'm putting too much into the lyrics of the song. =)

I just wish YouTube would have an option for higher resolution videos. =)

Thornster: It's a completely new video done from scratch in the last two to three weeks of video capture, edit and such nonsense... Unfortunately I wasn't available to take part in the original few 'Operative' videos so I figured I'd submit my own.
