  1. Thanks to tech support, we got it fixed.


    It was my fault, passwords cannot be more than 13 characters long, mine was 14.


    It wasn't something I even considered checking, so I feel rather stupid over it.

  2. Well I subscribed over 48 hours ago, and got the activation email, so I would HOPE it doesn't take that long.


    And I was using my game account, played the game for 26 months, so I know the difference between the two.
  3. To make a long story short, reactivated account (Got the activation email), tried to log on and it says the password is incorrect.

    So far I have tried two things:


    1) Resetting my password multiple times to make sure I was using the correct one.

    2) Checked to make sure I was using the right version of the game, I am from NA and was using the correct client, but I installed the NA client again and still not working.


    First had this issue friday night, sent emails and help requests but because Ncsoft has no weekend tech support, I have yet to get answers. Searched on and off the last two days on Google and these boards for an answer, and all of them seem to be the same, that you're using the wrong client.


    Played for more than two years of IG time, so I have had no problems logging in hundreds of times, I am just supremely frustrated and looking for answers.
