Basically, what Gossip is, in MHs words, is a close knit "family" of friends, brought together under one room, to save up on Global Friends-list, overtime it has expanded to several servers. It's a 'room' where we can always keep in touch, chat, team, and generally have a drunken-laugh.. if "Free Spirit", is anything to go by.

Ok, my level 50 empath doesnt have hasten and i do fine, with recharge in my powers i dont have a problem, agreed it would help but i wouldnt say its a must for every Empathy.
I have took SJ for a travel power as i think Acrobatics can only help me from holds etc, i have also took leadership to help the teams Acc,perception and Damage, i have only took 2 attacks one which i cant avoid and one hold being tesla cage! Ive also got fitness and Tp friend as i think it is very handy for an Empath to have. As for epics i have also took Power mastery, as Power build boosts your heals considerably. so i think, its personal choice and how you want to play your defender empath really. i find my build suits to me to ground
