Speaking of ATs, what power do you think makes the most sense in which to slot a full set?

And just to demonstrate how little I know about builds, I can't even figure out how to properly post it in the message. At least the link is there!

I'm working on a concept toon with this power set and I'm finding it a bit challenging so I've tried to come up with a build to help improve the experience. I mostly team with friends but will solo as well and find his damage is abysmal. I'm pretty settled on the power choices though willing to listen to advice there also. It's really the number of slots I should dedicate to each and the best sets in each power where I'm mostly at a loss and could use you help. I used Mid's to put together a build but would welcome any and all suggestions for improvement.
