I see the name Epoch and all I think of is Chrono Trigger...... now you're taking me back. Ahh memories...

You know, that's not the first time I've heard someone say that. One of these days I'm gonna have to check this 'Chrono Trigger' out. -

Ladies and Gentlemen: I have just created the channel Good Morning Paragon with the intent of provided off-hour players a channel in which to chat and organize teams across various servers. Everyone is invited and it's a public server, so join in, invite your friends, random strangers, and egotistical clowns in addition to anyone you spot on your server playing during an off-peak hour!
Remember: Play and have fun! -

Exactly how many pages do we have to make before it becomes clear, that this isnt a Joke, set aside time as a dev team and GIVE US A DARNED BALL NO MATTER HOW MANY DAYS IT TAKES TO DEVELOP!
*Ps: If you don't ill put on the chewbacca defense

I, personally, would much rather development time be used on the Big Red Ball. I'm a huge fan of the idea, boo yeah! Anyone who hates the BRB idea probebly is a hermit.

There, fixed it for ya!
Big Red Ball ftw!

there, fixed yours as well. I'm a little teapot short and stout. Here is my handle, here is my spout. When I get all steamed up hear me shout! Tip me over and pour me out! BIG RED BALL NOW!

Fixed it for ya again. Man, you keep breaking your posts... -

You used to be able to TP through the war wall and mess around in there.

Too bad you still can't, someone could spawn a Kronos titan in there. -

I scanned through the guide to guides post but couldn't find recent or complete guides for what I'm looking for.
Guide #1 I'm looking for: An up-to-date listing of villain badges, particularly accolades.
Guide #2: I'm looking for a listing of which color key code corresponds to which effect (warburg nukes) -
Blue balls suck!
It's all about the red ball... that's big! -
Somone really should pm a developer with a link to this thread, as it seems to have been met with universal approval.

Two big red balls, eh? That doesn't sound healthy, you may want to see a doctor about that... -

I see this best implemented as a specific type of arena match. Superpowered soccer! A goal on each end of a large flat arena, with teams trying to KB/push the ball into the opposing team's goal. The ball should be affected my most powers, such as TP foe, inertial dampening, AOE debuffs, etc. To make it fair though, the ball might have to be immune to force bubble- otherwise you just park your FF defender as goalie and watch the opposing team cry. And the ball should have very low, or even negative KB resistance so that even powers without a KB component would send flying back in the direction of the hit. This is such a 5-star, huge fun idea! I don't know why it hasn't been suggested before!
Of course, the OP is right that just having a big red bouncy ball to play with in zones would be fun too, but I really se it taking off as an arena event. Perhaps it could even lure people back to the almost deserted arenas! I'd want one in Pocket D too- that way griefers would have fewer places they could "hide" the ball to deny others fun.

STARK! You're WRONG AND A FOOL!

Hey sg boss
It'd be better in the zone, just for pure fun randomness. -
This is an awsome idea, but then some griefer will hide it in the circle islands behind a rock or something. I'd say make the ball spawn in every zone somewhere.

Day: 3
Location: Warburg
Arachnos command contacted me today, saying that they want the Blitz ordeal handled within a week. I requested more troops for another push into the island, but was denied. Reports from our patrols indicate there's an 'orgy of violence' occuring on the island; apparently that hero that caused my squad some 'displeasure' yesterday is wrecking havoc among Blitz's forces.
I think the key to winning the island will be to capture whatever is in 'The Web'. Of course, if I deploy a large portion of my force, Longbow will become curious and investigate. I'd rather avoid that, so I sent another small squad towards the Web, but I still have yet to hear back from them. I wish there was a 'Destined One' around I could hire to go there.
On a personal note, I have some misgivings about the research facility under the island. For some reason the seperatist forces have been staying above ground, instead of taking the obvious tactical advantage an underground shelter would offer. Unfortunately that hero yesterday defeated my troops before they could ascertain the situation there. -
The following is the commander's log for the Arachnos base commander of warburg. It documents the going-ons of the base, eventful and mundane. Anyone who wants to post the next entry in the log is welcome to, but the only point of view in this thread is the commander's. (I introduced this concept before in the Forum Games section and it yielded an 'interesting' ending, involving a pie monster and (obviously) the complete and total destruction of the island. I am curious to see how the roleplaying section will take this concept.)
Since this is more of a game, albeit a story-writing one just like the others in this section, I'll lay down some rules.
1) The only point of view is that of the Arachnos Commander. Any other characters must be written about in the third person.
2) 1 log entry per post, and each post should be set the day after the previous post's day.
3) The zone the day's activities took place in should be stated. This game is intended to take place in Warburg, but the last time Commander's Log was done other zones became involved.
Day: 1
Location: Warburg
Our situation is rather dire. When we arrived in Warburg to combat the seperatist forces of Marshal Blitz, we had no idea we'd also be fighting off a well-equipped Longbow unit. We've been here for several months and have made little progress in reclaiming the island. Meanwhile our 'Destined Ones' and heroes from Paragon City have been waging their own personal battles all across the island. The influx of heroes poses a threat significant enough for me to postpone sending a large force of my soldiers into the island.
Tomorrow, however, a hurricane will hit the island, forcing the Longbow aircraft carrier to move away from the island, so it won't be scuttled (it'd be a shame if that happened, yeah right...). I plan to take that oppertunity to send a small strikeforce into 'The Web', an abandoned underground research facility, to determine if there's anything that can be of use to us there. -
Aw crud. Bye bye whirlwind, hello, um... hmm... maybe intimidate?

I'm going to say babbage may have a shot, as it may be able to hold Kronos for a bit (I'm pretty sure it has tesla cage).
