I have a DM/SR that I'm loving to bits.

However, I have a question regarding slotting: Using only SO's and assuming I have taken the /sr power Quickness how many Recharge Reduction SO's do I need to slot to have PB become perma?

Tons of great changes to the game since I left and look forward to being part of the Virtruniverse))
