I agree with Sigium.
Really, with the limited information they have share, its a little hard for me to understand why you're being so critical. Seeing as how they mentioned that yes, you will still be able to run the game with lower graphics settings that appear like they do now, why so upset over the reflections and shadows? You don't HAVE to run it with the "eye candy."
I personally can't wait to see more goodies that are in store for us! -
I'd love to see on double XP weekends double merit rewards. Forget the grinds, lets team and do TF/SFs!
