Alright, I have said this before. Some people ask, "Why not just say just don't be an [censored] hat?" For one, some [censored] don't know really when they are being [censored]. Do you think the KKK think they are being [censored] hats? Therefor, it is safer to go into detail. However, you do have a respectful point, but some people realize their own morality at times, including me.

Basic Guidelines:

I. The “Victory Forum” Global Chat is a public GC founded by forum regulars.

III. Handles from other servers are allowed to join, however they are only allowed to chat. For example they should not ask for help on a mission in the public chat.

IV. Feel free to ask an Operator for assistance.

V. This GC is meant for social and game purposes. So try to enjoy yourself.

VI. Finally, respect Operators as well as other members. Jokes are allowed, and in fact encouraged.

Rules of Violation:

I. There will be no constant spamming.
II. No extensive flaming.
III. No extensive slang statements. Such as l33t speak, ect.
IV. Extreme racism will not be tolerated.
V. Do not bring to attention of a person about the chat, who you know will just break the rules.
VI. No power-leveling or influence begging. However, you may ask for influence with a good reason.
VII. Do not spam invite to anyone you see.


Rules for Operators:

I. Do not abuse your power. For example, do not threaten to kick someone if they don’t power-level you.
II. Do not randomly kick.
III. Do not permanently silence someone without the consent of the other Operators.
IV. Do not promote another person to Operator status without consent of the other Operators.
V. Respect regular members as equals.
VI. Anyone one that is known to have the intent of bad conduct can be kicked on sight.




These rules can be changed at anytime.

Actually I am quite infamous to healers. Unfortunaly the orange letters in my sig are true. Technically, I got my main to around lvl 75.

Sad thing is...people I don't know will get to see me get my [censored] kicked.
First I will come in all confident.
I will then get knocked down.
Finally, I will be laughed at by strangers. Then I will be overcome by shame.

Yeah, that is pretty much how it will happen.
