Bort, Ops are more just the enforceres. No one has the right to force you to leave other than Hamster and me, unless of course you blatantly break the rules, and we are still pretty lenient on that.

At that time, approx. 1/10th of Victory online at that time was in the GC.

Also, due to some trouble, Op promotions have stopped, as well as some deoping occured unfortunaly.
