Hiya I'm looking for a good build for a first time healer. I chose the controller because they just look more fun to play.

I plan to mostly heal on this troller so I'm looking to beef up the emp side. I'd appreciate a good build and or advice on how to slot him.

What epic pool is best for healers?

I have a level 50 DM/regen scrapper that needs a respec badly. I'm so out of touch I have no clue how to slot him.

If someone could post a good damage dealing build I'd appreciate it.
