You're right about the first power, but there is also a second power in place of... resiliance I think called Vanish or Disappear, which is usable in combat, dumps your aggro, AND RE-STEALTHS YOU.

I am not in CoV Beta, in fact, I'm not even paying for CoH ATM. I just know the spots to go for the leet inside infoz.

I wish I could say that I'm excited about what I've seen, but I'm not. CoV is going to utterly destroy CoH. You think Paragon is a ghost town now? Just wait.

I think the worst part about this is how regen is being nerfed based on a power that Heroes don't get. In case you don't know, all of the CoV scrapper analogs get a little power called Hide in spot 1 of their secondary. Unlimited regen combined with the power to dump aggro and remain undetected IS overpowered. However, [censored] are WE (who do not get that ability) supposed to do?
