If you are going to play a Kheldian who uses shifting, which is more and more going to become popular with the insta-shifts, then I'm sorry but you're going to have to learn to make keybinds. From level 6 when you first take nova, suddenly you have an entire new power tray with which to play. I find this out way back when. Then I looked up the Kheldian guides and low and behold I found out all about keybinds. It took all of about an hour to find a set of keybinds that I liked and to set them up for keys I preferred to use. Sure, if you want to clicky all your powers, then go right ahead. You'll be as inefficient as all hell, especially on a triform warshade, but if that's your playstyle then go for it, have fun; it's your gaming experience after all.
This alleged QoL improvement is no such thing in it's current form. If it was a genuine QoL improvement then this thread wouldn't exist. It would just be a lot of *thumbs up to the devs* comments. It is a divisive subject, ergo it's a problem. Make it optional, and I'm pretty sure everyone will be happy. Make it compulsory and only some will be happy. Personally, I want the former. -
I'm with AIB on this one: I don't like, I didn't ask for it, and I don't want it. If I could turn it off, I would. I can't. That's the problem really. As a QoL improvement during trials, it's very useful. I just don't want it popping up, unwanted and unasked for, whenever I'm shifting; and since I'm a Tri-form MFing Warshade, I shift... A LOT. Yes, I'm sure it might help noobies get to grips with the AT, but frankly, if they can't work out keybinds and tray management, then the AT is going to frustrate them mightily anyway (assuming they're Bi/Tri-formers of course).
Basically, like most triform incarnate Warshades, my trays are very cluttered with icons. The difference is that I put each and every one of those icons there; I know where they are and I know what they do and I know how and when to use them. This tray is less than useless to me since it's distracting and irritating and adds nothing to my gaming experience. To echo sentiments said earlier; if I can't control it, I don't want it. Period. -
Since Issue 23 went live, I've had an extra power tray sitting above my normal power trays when I shift to Nova and Dwarf. It's of little use to me because I can't adjust it, hide it or do anything with it, and my powers are even in the wrong order! How do I get rid of it? Or am I just being particularly dense here?

Well, after some balancing of the books, here is my final (more or less) Tri-Form MFing build.

With 40% S/L defense and 31% Melee defense, I'm pretty hard to hit. Eclipse has taken a bit of a downgrade to get the Reactive Armour set in there, but I have now got 5 Enhancement boosters on all 5 enhancements in Eclipse which has mitigated this to an extent. Still have decent accuracy, more or less perma with Hasten up, and can softcap Resistance with 5 targets. Overall, performance has been very good, certainly better than I've ever managed to get before. With the QoL benefit from the instant form shifting coming in Issue 23, things will only get better. Toggle suppression would be nice, to get the Gravity Shield and Leadership bonuses to increase Human-form survivability when hitting double Mires, Eclipse and Stygian Circle, but time will tell on that one.
Any thoughts, tips, critiques?

Thanks Morgan, appreciate the input. I've made a few modifications that you suggested.

S/L defence now 10% away from the softcap, 90% global recharge, a slight concession to accuracy in Eclipse, but overall accuracy bonuses are decent and solvable with a yellow insp or hitting a mire first (I generally hit a dwarf mire before eclipse so I know how many targets are in range). I may have missed something somewhere though... -
Hi guys,
My current MFing Warshade is badly in need of some constructive build critique. My playstyle favours tanking large numbers of enemies and then blasting them to tiny pieces of mush. So ideally I'm looking at getting my def as close to the soft cap as I can. Also bear in mind that I have only one respec left (the free one that arrived today) so I need to get this right. Personally I think that my Dark Nova Bolt and Blast are overslotted, but I lack the knowledge to maximise where those slots should be to get the most out of this build. Any critique and advice will be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks
