  1. This is done mostly by Nericus. Basically I ported over his guide for stone brutes into the tanker I want to build.

    This provides good bonuses to both recharge and runspeed and
    is a good build to boot. Maybe you guys can draw some insights
    from this.

  2. Ok let me clarify. By majority rules I mean that when enough ppl vote with our feet, changes we feel strongly about will get implemented. As it is most of the gamers are unwilling to vote with their feet hence the situation abt ED etc.

    As a profit-driven company, they have to produce what is wanted by the players. This 'want' is measured via our playing or leaving the game. Just discussing on the forum while continue playing the game does not constitute action.

    Unfortunately majority still drives the trend even if it doesnt work.
  3. The number of complainers sure matters. Its democracy. Majority rules. Anything repeated often enough will be taken as the truth.

    Just like all those who profess the current market mirrored after the real world economy is the most ideal. Such fallacy. All the real world economy does is to create bubbles that melt just like now.

    Anything that will even vaguely help the BM gets a thumb-up from me.
  4. Hey im pretty new to blueside but i just wanna add my small bit of comment.

    I believe you will be able to get a better deal if you were to slot fast healing with 5 doctored wounds and shift all the +regen to health, seeing how fast healing got a higher base regen.

    IMHO Numina isn't really the optimal set for regen cos now the focus is more on recharge, thus doctored wounds actually provide more benefits.
