Going to add this post just incase it helps anyone in the future.

I checked my firewall and it said that CoH was Allowed. However, i thought i'd try it whilst the firewall was OFF.

It worked, the firewall seemed to be blocking it even though it said it wasnt. Once i was into the game i was able to turn the firewall back on, no problems.

Thanks. It didnt seem as though anyone else was having problems.
Its just that the website says they're down and it wont let me login.
