I too am having this problem. Submitted a question to tech support with my Game Advisor results and crossing my fingers for a solution.

Unfortunately, disabling my ATI Hotkey Poller had no effect.

As it stands now, CoH/V is unplayable.

I am experiencing this problem too. I am not sure what driver I can kill to fix it though...
