Elando

I recently got a trial account and I dont know if its a trial restriction or anything but I cannot change my character's face or select a full mask or add patterns/face paint to the face.

Also whenever I click reset on the face option the game crashes.

Anyone know what might be wrong? The game is the EU version and as far as I know its totally up to date.
