Only things that i can think of are PvP fights, lottery system [get 2 numbers that was on the REAL lottery and win? Euro lotto be best im guessing], races and well thats all i can think of off the top of my head.

Lotto thing seems the most reasonable at the moment. Say 1000 inf to take part [not to me! someone more reliable!] and guess two numbers. If those two numbers come up on the Euro lotto then they win say a million? If no-one wins then it rolls over etc
