Dupee2010

I went to technical support, and did what they said to do for my problem, but no matter what I do, the updater still doesn't update. It opens it, and says it's checking, but then I get an "X" and nothing happens.

I downloaded the game like I was supposed to, went through the whole installation process, and got the icon on the desktop. As soon as the game was done installing, it opened an updater, but it didn't update at all and it never loaded. I'm not sure what to do about this. Am I doing something wrong?

Btw, I'm using Vista.
