I havent been able to stay connected for more than 5 mins today

after 4 hours of being in que for live chat i have not been able to get through to CS to help me at all i called the 512 225 6359 but i could not get help

I have been enjoying an issue in game play for the past 2 weeks enter mish get message lost mapserver connection at every other mob
updated all drivers and still happens this am i cant get into game for moew that 5 mins with out dc/ing contacted live help i get we cant help you now try again later
any advise ?

The GMs only find an infringing name if someone bothers to report it. They don't have the manpower to send GMs wandering around every zone and every mission of all 15 servers. They rely on us sending petitions. -

all of his back story was removed and his costuumes -
When you log in you lose your characters name and backstory. My partner logged in and one of his characters was wrongfully renamed to generic000000000 he has submitted a petition but to no avail . why any advice on this, will help His character was also 4 years old.
