So how do you get one? It's just not a costume piece is it?

Do shields add defense to a charater or is it a custum piece, if they do how you obtain it?

I was talking to a DJ (from thecaperadio.com) last night and we were discussing future events hosted by the radiostation. I happend to mention that I thought "Paragon Dance Party" should be an all inclusive (nonPVP) zone where heroes and villains could gather and show off costumes and RolePlay without having to watch thier backs all the time. I know that I still have many friends playing coh who donot have cov, and I would love to be able to group with them in a zone and just RolePlay, or even bring my lvl 50 in and hold a costume contest with villains and heroes.

I like that idea! Yeah after someone win's an contest then everybody can go to the arena to show what their made of...lol
