Oh I've warned Psygon, just remember there is a long waiting list, the EU forumites have gotten infront of you.

It's just I love the City of Cute avatars and think everyone should have one!

Over on the EU forums there is an art thread called City of Cute (where my Avatar came from) with Psygon doing requests that turn you City of Heroes or Villains characters into an avatar of cuteness.

There is a website now dedicated to City of Cute with request forms and contact info for Psygon, this is all completely free of course but there's already a long waiting list thanks to the EU forums getting in there first.

They're all from the CoH comics and various concept artwork.

The Wheel of Fortune appears to be one of those large mystical circles you get in the Orbenga maps (on both the walls and the floors) but I'd need a screenshot to really identify it properly.

It could also be a more stylised version of the CoT Logo

At first I thought the sun was the Imperious Shield logo (the one with the 2 squid kheldians back to back) but upon closer inspection it wasn't.

costs 200 tickets, it's one of the more expensive ones.

If you look the Talsorian weapons actually come under the 'Vanguard' Costume pack I believe (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong) not the Custon weapons or Veteran costume pack.

Sadly there is no way to know which unlockables you already have, apart from the vet reward ones (if you're 18 months you have access to the wings/samurai armor/trenchcoats/greek letters but none of the stuff you haven't realy unlocked), I don't think you can use the stuff you've unlocked (say you've unlocked the Rularuu Broadsword and shield on a BS/Shield scrapper) since they aren't account based but rather character based.

Doctor Edward Johnson aka Doctor Mechano had made a choice, it was time to start marketting his services to the hero and villain community at large, back in his home dimension Necrotech had been a successful business, it was time to start it up in this dimension here.

He worked late into the night to recreate his most successful product line, the Walkie Toaster currently he only had a few for sale but he would hit the streets and try to sell them to the hero community at large in Kings Row. Getting the permits to be a street seller had been a bit of trial but here he was.

A small wooden table overlayed with a nice green cloth (in truth one of those 'play at home' Roulette table covers flipped over) and a box of ten Walkie-Toasters behind him, one ready and on display.

Edward looked at the toaster with little arms and legs, "Right Doris, you're the display model, I'm relying on you to reel in those customers...so do what you can to impress, sing, dance, anything..."

Doris pondered for a while, as much as a toaster can ponder such things and begun to sing in a cute, sweet, feminine voice, Edward deciding to accompany her on his Banjo (he bought it along to stave off the boredom while waiting for customers).

Edward thought it was an interesting choice of song but then he had left Doris to watch that particular movie while he had worked on the non-display versions.

Now all he had to do was wait to see if any prospective customers came to buy his wonders of the bread toasting world for the fine price of $39.99...

The was a faint whirring, fizzling sound in the air above the famous statue of Galaxy Girl, the air itself seemed to crackle as there was a rent open in time/space and something, no, someone was dumped out of it, falling with flailing limbs and a dull thud onto the grass just behind the statue.

Doctor Johnson Edward aka Doctor Mechano, villain supreme of the Unionverse (as he liked to think of himself, whether that was true or not, he wasn't sure) had found himself transported across the dimensions when his Time/space displacement gun had backfired...a miscalculation after the first firing he assured himself.

He slowly stood up with a grunt, Edward was an old man, full white beard and white hair tied back into a pony tail, dressed in a white T-shirt and blue cargo pants. He stood smaller than most heroes at five foot, four inches.

Edward lowered the blast goggles from his forehead surveying the surroundings, "well it certainly looks the same but it's definitely different, feels different...doesn't feel like the Unionverse anymore."

Edward flexed his cybernetic arm, "hmm I somehow feel...weaker...like that temporal scaling business, hmm dimensional scaling perhaps...interesting idea, now let's go see if I can find myself a hero who knows what this alternate reality of Paragon City is called, all dimensions have a nickname or a code."

Edward wandered towards, where he hoped, Back Alley Brawler stood, now he wasn't going to ask the big man himself, that would be foolish.

As Edward walked towards the area he noticed that he had his left hand was missing, cut off at the elbow...must have lost it on the other side of that portal...how deeply annoying, still it would regenerate...

...any moment now...

...any moment...

"Blast!"

Edward sighed, "stripped of my powers, my robotic family and my only good hand, first things first I'm going to the nearest medical facility and then to the nearest gun shop...if I don't have powers I'm just going to have to try to blend in with the locals, play hero and do the American way of stopping injustice, shooting it until it's incapcitated enough to not fight back and slap a zig-tag on it...if they have them here...oh and build myself a new hand...it'll be difficult BUT a genuis such as me shouldn't have that much trouble..."

With that Edward begun the walk to the Medical centre thankfully not far from his current position.

((Edit: As a side note is there anywhere other than Pocket D ingame where people gather heroside, The Union server had the Galaxy girl meetings just wondering if Virtue has anywhere that's the same sort of place))
